Blackgreaves Farmhouse is an exclusive private holiday home available for short term lets and staycations set amongst a modest 100 acres of rural Warwickshire’s finest countryside in Lea Marston. Your luxury staycation home is designed with traditional features and contemporary soft furnishings sleeping 18 guests with ample parking. We are proud owners to one of the most prestigious shooting clubs in the country offering on-site activities of clay pigeon shooting, archery, quad trekking and fishing.

At Blackgreaves Farmhouse your vacation rental will ooze luxury accommodation with a modest games room, pool table, bbq, hot tub and dining all within a gated entrance and private gardens.

The Blackgreaves team realizes that your catering options play a huge role in planning your stay with us. We will work with you in the months prior to your arrival to offer you some delicious food menus, all cooked fresh from the hub of the house served and cleared away.

Our carefully selected team of highly experienced Head Chefs can offer you a second to none private dining experience, working with you to understand your requirements and tailoring a bespoke package to suit you. Offering anything from a 3 course sit down meal around the fully dressed dining table to a BBQ or Alfresco buffet. Maybe you fancy a full English breakfast one morning or a simple drop and go to the door? Your Head Chef will use their knowledge of classical cooking techniques, sourcing premium local ingredients creating delicious modern dishes with flavor and finesse.

Any celebration requires a cake. Every cake has a story to tell, a ready-to-eat slice of heaven. Our private head chef at TuttoApposto is not just a favourite in our kitchen, she will bespokely design and bake you the most stunning cake fit for any occasion.

Prices are based on a Friday – Sunday 2 night minimum stay

Options to stay for a 3rd night too

Subject to availability earlier and later times can be agreed for an additional charge. Please enquire for further details.

Midweek stays can be a minimum of 1 night Monday – Thursday only £1500 per night

Please Note: £1000 non-refundable deposit to secure any booking. Remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Subject to availability single rooms may be booked at the discretion of the proprietor
