Blackgreaves Farmhouse is an exclusive private holiday home available for short term lets and staycations set amongst a modest 100 acres of rural Warwickshire’s finest countryside in Lea Marston. Your luxury staycation home is designed with traditional features and contemporary soft furnishings sleeping 18 guests with ample parking. At Blackgreaves Farmhouse your vacation rental will ooze luxury accommodation with a modest games room, pool table, bbq, hot tub and dining all within a gated entrance and private gardens.

The School House is our other holiday home situated only 5 minutes away from Blackgreaves Farmhouse. With its large open-plan games room, The School House is the ideal getaway for families. Compared to our other accommodation, The School House has more of a modern feel with oak flooring and timber frames throughout. Make the most of our facilities including a full-sized snooker table, pool table, large flat-screen TV, a reading room, a baby play area, and more.
